About the President

Rosemary Everton founded MAS in 1985 with her husband. She has over 35
years of experience in the janitorial industry. A Sussex county
native, she has an associate’s degree in accounting from Delaware
Technical and Community College and has been a contributing member of
the BSCAI for the past 15 years. At the 1991 commencement speech at
Seaford Senior High School, President Bush recognized her achievements
and used her as an example as a women in business and enterprise.
Rosemary has also received the DAACE Award of Merit in 1994 for
founding and organizing OAASIS (Organization of Adult Alumni & Student
In Service, www.oaasis.org ).

In her spare time, she is a contributing member of St. John’s United
Methodist Church in Seaford, DE and she sits on the board of trustees.
She plays a pivotal role in the lives of her grandchildren, especially
her handicapped granddaughter. Rosemary oversees all operations of the
