Office Manager– Associates degree in accounting or related field or a high School diploma with at least 6 years of Office Management experience. Proficiency with accounting, data and administrative management practices. Knowledge of office software packages(Quick books, Microsoft Office Suites). Knowledge of contracts helpful.
Duties include but not limited to clerical administrative, and secretarial responsibilities and tasks such as; accounting, general ledger, financial reports and project accounting with our ledger program, budgets, accounts payable and receivable, workers compensation and general liability audits, and act as a liaison between the company, government and external entities to meet information needs and ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
